aLife can change in an instant, and sometimes we need a safe place to slow down, make sense of what happened, and figure out what comes next.  I work with teens and adults who are navigating trauma, attachment wounds, PTSD, grief, relationships, addiction, ADHD/Autism, Anxiety, OCD, and the many transitions that life brings.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and trauma-informed.  I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, Somatic Therapies, IFS, Lifespan Integration, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and EMDR to help clients understand their patterns, regulate their nervous, system, process difficult, experiences, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with who they are and where they want to go.

Sometimes it takes time to feel ready for therapy, and that’s okay.  You don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door.  Whether you’re healing from the past, navigating a major life transition, struggling, in a relationship, processing a loss, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can be place to breathe, reset, and begin moving forward at your own pace.

My goal is to help you feel seen, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

In my free time I love to spend time with my family, travel, hike, and read.
