Prolonged Exposure

Individuals 18+ | Depressive & Anxiety Disorders |Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)| Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PET) | Betrayal Trauma

I have been working with individuals who suffer from mental illness for over 12 years.  My roots have been in community mental health where I have learned to treat a wide array of illnesses from mild depression to chronic schizophrenia.  I have learned about human suffering but also about hope and healing and the strength of individuals who seek for positive change.

I specialize in working with anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, substance abuse issues, grief/loss, and trauma and PTSD. Treatment is individualized and may include individual or group treatments to help reduce symptoms and to improve quality of life.
