I believe therapy works best when you feel truly seen, safe, and understood. I focus on creating a warm, welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are. No pressure, no judgment. My approach centers on the idea of “what happened to you?” rather than “what’s wrong with you.” We work together at your pace, recognizing that it may take time to open up.

Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, but if you’re ready, or even just thinking about it, I invite you to reach out. You deserve healing.

I have experience supporting individuals both during active crisis and throughout the healing process. As a bilingual English and Spanish-speaking therapist, I value compassion and cultural humility.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, intrusive thoughts, low self-esteem, domestic violence, sexual abuse, and difficult relationships or life experiences. Together, we’ll identify what is weighing on you, identify what you need, and work toward meaningful change. We’ll work together to help you feel more like yourself again.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, swimming laps, and traveling to new places.
