Life can get busy, overwhelming, or simply different than you imagined. Sometimes you just need a safe place to sort through it all. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation where you feel comfortable being yourself while also being challenged to grow. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, make sense of what’s been keeping you stuck, and find practical ways to help you feel more confident, connected, and hopeful as you move forward.

I help people work through grief, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions by creating a space where they feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll build life-skills, strengthen resilience, and help you move forward with a greater sense of self and a stronger foundation.

If you’ve been waiting for the “right time” to reach out, this may be it. Therapy is an investment in yourself, and you deserve a space to be heard, supported, and encouraged as you move toward the life you want.

Many of the people I work with are navigating grief and loss, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, or feeling stuck. We’ll begin by exploring where you are today and where you’d like to be. Together, we’ll develop an approach that fits your goals while building insight, coping skills, and the confidence to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and resilience.

When I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me working in my garden, reading a good book, traveling, taking walks, creating art, or spending time with my family and our dogs. These are the moments that help me recharge and stay connected to what matters most.
